Dr. Anuradha is a highly qualified professional with a PhD in Biotechnology from the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) in Mysore. She possesses a strong academic background complemented by extensive industry experience, having worked with prestigious organizations for over 12 years. Her expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle, including process selection, project planning, design, synthesis, and characterization. She specializes in optimizing laboratory processes, identifying cost- and time-efficient schemes, and innovating in food processing research and development. Dr. Anuradha has significant experience in the food industry, with a focus on proteins and fermentation products.
