Swagatam Das becomes ‘Distinguished Speaker’ of ACM
TCG CREST feels honoured to announce that Professor Swagatam Das, Deputy Director of IAI, TCG CREST has been appointed as a ‘Distinguished Speaker’ of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), USA for a term of 3 years.
ACM, the world’s largest educational and scientific computing society, delivers resources that advance computing as a science and a profession. ACM provides the computing field’s premier Digital Library and serves its members and the computing profession with leading-edge publications, conferences, and career resources.
ACM’s Distinguished Speaker Program (DSP) is a highly visible way that ACM, through the appointment of leading researchers, engages with emerging professionals, students and, in some cases, the public on a range of topics in computing.
