ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF PROJECT LINKED PERSONELL IN A BFI-BIOME FUNDED RESEARCH PROJECT
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of the post of a “Project Linked Personnel” for the BFI-Biome project titled “Development of AI-ML model to predict responder vs non-responder molecular signatures against EGFR-TKI – India vs Caucasian lung cancer patient” under Dr. Angshul Majumdar, Professor of Institute for Advancing Intelligence (IAI), TCG Centres for Research and Education in Science and Technology (TCG CREST).

| Duration of the Post | The initial appointment will be for 6 months and may be renewed based on performance and project status. |
| Required skill set | Machine Learning / Signal Processing with hands-on experience in Matlab and Python. |
| JRF Role and Duties | The selected candidate will be required to do full time research in the above specified research project. In particular the candidate will have to build machine learning models for predicting the efficacy of treatment in lung cancer patients given the genomic sequence of the individuals and their associated metadata along with information about the treatment. |
