Position 1: Food Process Engineer

Experience: 4 to 5 years in food industry with experience in large scale production of food products

Qualification: MSc / M Tech in Industrial Biotechnology / Fermentation / Mechanical engineering or any related field with experience in handling Fermenter, Ultra filtration units, Spray driers etc

Position: Process Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Analyze the chemical composition of food, design and develop new food products, and work in development labs.
• Research, find, and develop new technologies to change, upgrade, and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Complete quality assurance tasks on manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate process improvement projects and modify existing designs.
• Knowledge of the chemistry and biology of food production.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation .
• Knowledge of the basics of mechanical engineering.
• Research and development skills.

Position 2: Food Technologist

Experience: 4 years in food industry with experience in large scale production

Qualification: MSc in Food Technology preferably with research experience in food designing and processing

Position: Senior Research Associate

Job Description:

• Experience in mock meat / meat analogue product development, novel food colours and aromas, texturization would be given preference .
• Study the physical, chemical, and biological composition of foods to develop methods for safely processing, preserving, and packaging them.
• Develop ways to improve food’s flavours and nutritional values and conduct tests to ensure they meet industry and government standards.
• Developing the extraction protocols and designing the SOP for the large-scale production.
• Analyse and develop new sources of compounds like proteins or sugar substitutes through efficient research.
• Studying the safety regulations for the various food products.
• Publication of research papers and designing of patents / process.
• Working experience in Industry will be given preference.

Position 3: Business Development Officer

Experience: 4 years in food industry with experience in Q Commerce and FMCG products

Qualification:Post Graduation/Graduation in Business Administration

Position: Business Development Officer

Job Description:

• Proactively identify and research potential clients through market analysis, networking, and industry events to generate new business leads.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those requirements.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans, including pricing strategies and proposal development, to effectively target and approach potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline, identifying potential bottlenecks and proactively driving deals through the sales cycle.
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with other companies to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on business development activities.

Position 4: Consultant Advisor

Experience: 15-20 years’ industrial experience in Dairy/Ice cream/Milk based manufacturing of various products, sales and business development. Retired professionals are also preferred.
