TCG CREST (Centres of Research and Education in Science and Technology) is proud to contribute to this historic global celebration. Throughout 2025, TCG CREST will host a year-long series of events, culminating in the “International Conference on Quantum Information Science and Technology 2025” (ICQIST-2025), scheduled for December 8–11, 2025. This ambitious program is designed to highlight the latest breakthroughs and foster discussions among the brightest minds in quantum science.

World Quantum Day-2025 Celebration at CQuERE-TCG CREST

As part of the global International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ-2025), the Centre for Quantum Engineering, Research and Education (CQuERE) at TCG CREST is proud to celebrate World Quantum Day on April 14, 2025, with a special line-up of engaging activities for students and science enthusiasts. This year, with World Quantum Day being celebrated within the broader context of the IYQ, the occasion takes on even greater significance.

To commemorate this milestone, CQuERE-TCG CREST will host a special celebration on April 14, 2025, that includes:

This event is specially curated for students, educators, and early-career researchers who wish to explore the frontiers of quantum science and get a first-hand experience of a thriving research environment.

Thematic Conferences and Talks

Our initiative includes quarterly thematic conferences, each exploring a distinct facet of quantum science and technology. Each quarter comprises two expert talks per month and culminates in a focused conference covering the following themes.

Quantum Information and Communication: Quantum entanglement, quantum cryptography, quantum networks, and key distribution protocols.
Quantum Sensing and Metrology: Advanced quantum sensors, atomic clocks, quantum-enhanced imaging, and NV centers in diamond etc
Quantum Computing and Algorithms: Quantum hardware, fault-tolerant algorithms, many-body dynamics, and hybrid quantum algorithms.

International Conference on Quantum Information, Science and Technology (ICQIST) 2025

The multiple conferences will pave the way for the grand event—ICQIST-2025—which will integrate all the explored themes into a comprehensive conference, encompassing foundational quantum science, quantum computing, communication, algorithms, sensing, and control.
