Read MoreResearch in RISE focuses on the Development of Novel Materials and Device Technologies in the Area of Sustainable Energy Storage. There is an ongoing PhD program in RISE starting 2023 and the Ph.D. degree is awarded by the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR).
RISE also plans to start two-year M.Tech courses in "Battery Technologies" and "Green Technologies and Sustainability" in future. In addition to the course-work, this will have a strong component of hands-on laboratory work providing useful training for individuals employed in academia as well as industries.
Glimpse of our
Campus & Facilities
The RISE Laboratory of Energy Materials and Devices occupies an area of 10,000 square feet. This space is compartmentalized into a materials synthesis lab and a device characterization lab, all conforming to the highest safety standards.
Besides this the facility has classrooms for both conducting academic lectures for both in-house and online classes.
