Our microbiology lab is a clean room facility fully equipped with cutting-edge instruments, including laminar flow hoods, microscopes, and incubators for the isolation, culturing, and characterization of microbes such as bacteria and fungi. Significant research themes in the microbiology lab include the cultivation of various edible mushrooms, as well as prebiotic and probiotic bacteria.
