The fermentation lab at FTSI features a state-of-the-art clean room facility designed to accommodate our pilot-scale 14L bioreactor. Research in this lab is focused on the process development of scalable fermentation strategies for the production of high value ingredients, enzymes, flavour compounds etc from economical feedstocks using microbes.
