Snigdha Patel possesses a post-graduation diploma degree in Bioinformatics from IBAB, Bangalore. She earned her Masters and Bachelors in Life Sciences from Sambalpur University, Odisha.
She has over 14+ years of extensive experience in the bioinformatics-based startup and global CRO based out of India.
Specialized in customization and implementation of computational tools and methods for analyzing and interpreting high throughput data; e.g. developing pipeline for multiomics analysis.
She contributes in implementing automation of informatics led processes to increase analysis efficiency. She possesses expertse in various scripting languages including Perl, R, Python, Bash, and container-based application like Docker.
She has been associated with Data Science team at TCG Life Sciences since January 2022 as a senior research scientist-bioinformatician.
