Cancer-related Advanced Research and Education (CARE), TCG CREST is glad to announce the acceptance of the abstract titled “Potential role of B cells in promoting tumour growth through regulating cholesterol metabolism in tumor microenvironment” in the upcoming 44th Annual Meeting of the Indian Association for Cancer Research (IACR) for the oral presentation where Dr. Tulika Mitra will be competing for Kamat Jaju award. The IACR 2025 Conference is being held at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata from 16th to 18th Jan 2025.
The team have retrospectively analyzed scRNA seq data from B cell population in lung tumor microenviroment with to identify key pathways and genes that are differentially regulated in tumor-infiltrating B cells. This will highlight importance of B cells in targeting solid tumors and developing alternative therapeutic strategies.
